Sebastian Schwemer

Sebastian Schwemer is Professor of Law and Technology at BI Norwegian Business School and retains a part-time associate professorship at the University of Copenhagen. His research examines how technology is regulated and how it can itself regulate behaviour, with a focus on digital copyright, online platforms, content moderation, algorithmic governance and enforcement. He also explores computational methods and automation in legal research and practice.
