Naja Holten Møller is an Associate Professor in Human-Centred Computing at the University of Copenhagen. She studies how data-driven technologies reshape professional work and decision-making, particularly in the public sector. Her ethnographic research examines data work, responsibility and the participation of stakeholders in technology design, asking how automation can be developed with attention to human values and practical organisational settings.
