Street-level Bureaucracy of Regulatory Implementation for AI
Short description
Digital regulation becomes real through the decisions of people building products and services. This project follows how developers in small and medium-sized businesses interpret and implement EU rules such as the AI Act and the Digital Services Act.
In-depth qualitative research will compare implementation across sectors, including how legal guidance becomes technical and organisational practice. The project will develop feedback approaches that help both businesses and institutions learn from implementation.
