Konrad Kollnig is an Associate Professor at Maastricht University’s Law & Tech Lab and a computer scientist by training (PhD, Oxford). He leads Comp4Good, an interdisciplinary research team investigating what digital technologies actually do in practice and whether the laws governing them are effective. His work combines computer science and law to audit apps, websites and AI systems at scale and to develop technical methods and tools that can support digital regulation and its enforcement.
