Giovanni De Gregorio holds the PLMJ Chair in Law and Technology at Católica Global School of Law and Católica Lisbon School of Law. His research connects constitutional law and human rights with digital technologies, focusing on freedom of expression, privacy, data protection and the power of online platforms. He is the author of Digital Constitutionalism in Europe and studies how rights and governance evolve in an algorithmic society.
