Christian Fieseler is Professor of Communication Management at BI Norwegian Business School and founding director of the Nordic Centre for Internet and Society. His research examines organisational identity, corporate social responsibility and communication through digital media. He studies how individuals and organisations adapt to digital change, including new forms of work, and how digital environments can support participation and inclusion.
