Enhancing Absorptive Capacity: AI Literacy Interventions for Regulatory Learning
Short description
Regulators need the skills to recognise, understand and use new evidence about AI. This project studies how AI literacy programmes strengthen that ability, both for individual staff and for public organisations as a whole.
Using case studies and assessments before and after training, the researcher will examine effects on evidence generation, procurement decisions and escalation processes. The work will also explore how lessons travel between teams and agencies.
