Benedita Menezes Queiroz

Benedita Menezes Queiroz is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Her research focuses on migration law, human rights and gender governance, including how European Union law defines and addresses irregular migration status. She teaches fundamental rights, EU law, public international law and refugee law, and brings experience from the European University Institute and the University of Oxford.
